So much goes on at House Of Praise from month to month. From global and local missions outreach to our weekly meetings and social activities, there is something for everyone to be involved in.
Thirsty Thursday
Our midweek gathering is at the home of Pastors Steve and Carol. It was this gathering that birthed House Of Praise Church. Pastor Steve and Carol opened up their home for bible study and worship. Many experienced powerful encounters with God in those meetings...and it continues on our Thirsty Thursdays.
WOW (Women Of Worth)
Our women's ministry has a great time when they gather. Activities include bible studies, luncheons, trips and much more. Our ladies love Jesus and spending time together.
Men Of Honor
Our men love to fellowship and do ministry and life together.
Kids Of Praise
We care about our kids. Our children's ministry is designed to give them a solid foundation in knowing and walking with Jesus as well as an understanding of the scriptures appropriate to their age.
Prayer Ministry
Prayer can change the world! We have a prayer chain that allows us to get many people praying quickly. We also have an intercession ministry dedicated to the special calling that some of us have as prayer warriors.
Healthy For Him
This is a special ministry that teaches our members how to make healthy decisions to keep us looking and feeling younger than we all are. We are learning how to take care of the living temple of the Holy Spirit.
Audio & Video Production
Our tech team keeps things running for all of our services. Every week they set up and tear down our mobile video and audio systems.
Social Activities
We like to have a good time. We regularly get together for picnics in the park and many other things. When the weather is good, we will sometimes even move our Sunday service to the park. We worship, Pastor Steve preaches and we eat!
